Since 2017, we have been working with Siemens Healthineers Headquarters Support Center, supporting the strategy unit with the rollout of their digitalization strategy. In this context, the Customer Service department is establishing new tools and processes, as well as corresponding innovative know-how and new ways of working. As part of our cooperation, we take care of the approximately 400 internationally working colleagues by preparing content specifically for that target group, which helps deepen their understanding for the changes, animate them to actively participate in the implementation of the strategy and inspire them by directly addressing the employees. Why? Communication measures play a decisive role in achieving the overarching goals in the strategy’s sub-modules and support its overall implementation.
